Change management is part of the product

A technically correct system can fail if the organization cannot adopt it.

Many projects are designed as if change ends on deployment day. In reality, that day starts another part of the work: adoption, training, support, feedback and operational adjustments.

Change management is not a soft layer added at the end. It is part of the product. It affects permissions, roles, interfaces, documentation, metrics and rollout rhythm.

When a new tool enters an organization, it competes with existing habits, urgency and shortcuts. If that context is ignored, the solution ends up surrounded by exceptions and parallel processes.

Building for adoption means designing with real users, caring about handover and measuring whether the system changed the operation, not only whether it passed the tests.
